Welcome to Pokefalls. Lazuli is a harmonious Region of people and new species of pokemon. However, not all is well in the paradise. The Gleefuls started Team Blue Legacy to try and turn the place into the next reverse falls. Will you stand and fight them, or just carve your own journey? Enjoy your stay in Lazuli.
But Remember, not all is what it seems. Those who are good can be evil, and those evil can be good, remember at the end of the day: Trust No one. We are a nonlinear site which scales levels depending on where you are in your journey.
When two characters battle they may calculate damage based however they wish as long as they both agree.
The default way is with a damage calculator using percentages. For a decent damage calculator, I point you here.
Rather than calculating out HP in specific numeric values, HP is represented as a percentage. This makes the battle calculator all the more easy to use.
Each turn of battle, a Pokémon may use one status move like growl, plus one damaging move. This is to make moves such as leer, growl, etc. much less useless.
More a reminder than a rule, but please take into account each others abilities, since they're easily forgotten and can make a win a loss, or visa versa.
Status Conditions.
Poison. Poison deals 1/8 or 12% of the Pokémon's health every turn. Burn. Burn deals 1/8 or 12% of the Pokémon's health every turn. Confused. For this use a roll site like Random.org. If the result is even the attack hits, if odd the attacks fails and the user takes 5% damage. Sleep. Roll to find out how long it will last. 1-33 is one turn, 34-66 is two, 67-100 is three turns. Paralysis. Use the roll feature with your attack, if the rolled number is even, the attack is a success. Frozen. Cannot attacked unless thawed out. Roll each turn to see if they break free, 1-20 means they do.
Levelling.
Here levelling is based apon the level difference between the battlers.
The more difference the more levels you shall get.
All pokemon spawned will be within 2 below your lowest level in your party and 2 above your highest of your party.
The maximum level gap you may have in you party is 15.
If your opponent is a higher level then you go to 0-1 levels of the tables below.
How this works is you gain more levels the less difference there is. However pokemon under lv25 will gain more levels then those at lv25 for above. Below are tables to show the level gains. Under level 25.

If you have used more then one pokemon in a battle then the last pokemon will gain levels shown by the tables and the others will get a single level for participating. Movesets. Pokemon can have as many moves as you want listed in your PC. However, 6 must be selected when you use them for battles etc.
When your pokemon levels up the member of staff will let you know any new moves and will ask if you want to swap that in with one of your current chosen 6 moves. This chosen six moves should be listed somewhere in your thread.
