When you need eggs hatched, say what eggs then staff will give you the code mostly filled out minus name and gender.
Once you fill out those two things, the pokemon will be put where you want them.

For transfers say where they are going to from where.
For example from Bane's Pc into Grimm's Party or from Bane's inventory to Grimm's.
Or from Bane's inventory to his Absol.
